Virat Kohli leaves World Cup squad, goes to Mumbai
The Indian media reports told that Kohli had requested the team management to leave for Mumbai from Guwahati.
Hyderabad: India's superstar cricketer Virat Kohli left the squad and traveled Mumbai ahead of the second warm-up match against the Netherlands.
According to Indian media reports, the Indian team is in the Indian city of Thiruvananthapuram for the second warm-up match against the Netherlands. However, due to personal reasons, Virat Kohli had to leave the squad and fly for Mumbai.
The Indian media reports told that Kohli had requested the team management to leave for Mumbai from Guwahati.
According to cricket website Cricbuzz, Kohli's departure from the squad has also been confirmed by the Indian Cricket Board.
It is pertinent to note that earlier there were reports that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are expecting a second child, but so far no denial or confirmation has come out from the couple.
