The investigating officer said that the three accused will be found guilty in the investigation and JIT has written the three accused guilty.


Lahore: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Lahore Wednesday extended the interim bail of former federal minister Asad Umar and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s sisters Aleema Khan, Uzman Khan till October 16 in the Jinnah House vandalism case.
According to details, there has been a major development in the Jinnah House vandalism case of May 9. The police have sought the arrest of Imran Khan’s sisters Aleema Khan, Uzman Khan and PTI leader Asad Umar.
The ATC heard the May 9 arson cases where two sisters of former Prime Minister Imran Khan appeared before the court after the interim bail expired.
The case of Jinnah House burning was heard during which the investigating officer said that the three accused will be found guilty in the investigation, adding that Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has written the three accused guilty. The police want to arrest the three for investigation, Aleema Khan was found to be present on the spot.
Lawyer Burhan Muazzam said: “Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan have not been named in the case. We should be shown the statement in the light of which we were declared guilty”.
The investigating officer replied that they will show all the statements of 161. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 16 extended their bails.
