The latest reports say that an Anti-Terrorism Court has granted the judicial remand and adjourned further hearing till Oct 21.


Lahore: An an anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday ordered the judicial remand of PTI leaders Mian Mehmood-ul-Rasheed and Ejaz Chaudhary in connection with a case involving the burning of a container at Lahore Kalma Chowk.
The court granted a 14-day judicial remand for the PTI leaders and scheduled their next court appearance for October 21.
It is important to note that on May 9, violent clashes erupted across Pakistan following the arrest of former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief from the premises of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
During the protests by PTI workers, there were incidents of violence, including attacks on army installations and the Corps Commander's house in Lahore.
Besides it, it is worth mentioning that PTI Chairman Khan was arrested from his Lahore residence on August 5, following a five-year disqualification and a three-year prison term imposed on him in the Toshakhana criminal case
