The PTI activist who is currently behind the bars has moved the court through her counsel and asked the court to direct the police and the FIA to provide a comprehensive list of First Information Reports (FIRs).

Lahore: Khadija Shah, an activist affiliated with the PTI, currently in judicial custody due to her alleged involvement in the May 9 riots, has approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking details of her cases.
She sought access to information regarding all charges filed against her.
Advocate Sameer Khosa, representing Ms. Shah, has submitted a petition asserting that his client has been wrongfully accused by law enforcement in connection with these incidents. The petition underscores her right to be aware of any charges brought against her, as this is crucial for ensuring a fair trial.
The petition specifically requests the court to compel both the police and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to provide a comprehensive list of First Information Reports (FIRs) filed against Khadija Shah. Additionally, it seeks protective bail to allow her to seek bail preemptively and participate in any investigations pertaining to her case.
The May 9 disturbances were triggered by the arrest of former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan at the Islamabad High Court. Widespread protests erupted across the country as party members voiced their discontent over their leader's detention.
During one of these demonstrations led by PTI workers, there were incidents of violence, including attacks on army installations and the residence of the Corps Commander in Lahore.
