Muscat: The Middle Eastern country Oman was rocked by a magnitude 5.1 earthquake on Richter Scale. The aftershocks of the quake were felt at 10:00 am local time.
According to the American Geological Survey, the magnitude of the earthquake has been recorded as 5.1.
According to the media report, the depth of the earthquake has not yet been estimated or could not be known.
It is also reported that no loss of life of property have been reported yet as a result of the earthquake.
