Meera takes a pause from acting to prioritize family

Karachi: Pakistani actress Meera recently opened up about her decision to take a break from her career in order to support her family during challenging times.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, she shared the difficulties her family has been facing, including her mother's prolonged illness and her sister's recent cancer diagnosis.

"For the past year, I have put my career on pause to focus on my family. My mother has been suffering from an illness for several years and recently underwent surgery," Meera revealed in the post.

She went on to express, "My sister has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and I am going through a very difficult time in my life right now."

On a prayerful note, Meera hoped for divine intervention, saying, "May Allah grant me such a life partner with whom I can share my sorrows, pains, and joys."
