Karachi: The price of gold has increased by Rs1250 per tola in the country today (Monday).
According to All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, after an increase of Rs1250 in the country, the price of gold has settled at Rs2,09600 per tola.
According to the association, after an increase of 1072 rupees, the price of 10 grams of gold became Rs1,79,698.
The association has also stated that the price of gold in the international market has increased by $9 dollars to settle at $2001 per ounce.
It is pertinent to note that last week there was an increase in gold prices. From October 16 to 23 i.e. during one week, the price of per tola gold has increased by Rs9500.
On October 16, the price of one tola of gold in the country was Rs2,00,100.
