Court hearing regarding the security plea of PTI chairman's spouse in prison.

Islamabad: A hearing took place in Islamabad High Court (IHC) regarding the request for security for the jail where Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is incarcerated.
Lawyer Latif Khosa, representing Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Bibi, made a demand for facilities similar to those provided to Nawaz Sharif.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq has directed the Superintendent of Adiala Jail to be present at the next hearing to provide information on the current situation.
Latif Khosa argued that during the hearing on October 5th, notices were issued to both parties, but no actions were taken to ensure security in Imran Khan's jail.
He emphasized that the facilities provided to Nawaz Sharif should also be extended to Imran Khan.
Like Nawaz Sharif, Imran Khan's sentence has also been suspended.
Additional Advocate General Punjab informed the court that facilities are being provided to Imran Khan under jail manual guidelines.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq directed that the Superintendent of Adiala Jail be summoned for the next hearing to ensure that security measures are being implemented for Imran Khan.
He stated that if the judgments on safekeeping are heard, the cases will no longer be required to be heard.
This situation has arisen as the imprisonment of PTI Chairman Imran Khan is currently suspended, similar to that of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
