Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Thursday postponed the hearing of the case regarding removing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan from party post till November 9.
According to details, a five-member bench headed by ECP chief Sikandar Sultan Raja heard the case of removing Chairman PTI from the party post.
The member commission asked the former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s lawyer about their power of attorney?
Lawyer Barrister Gohar said that the respondent is in the jail, the authorities do not allow to meet him except Thursday therefore I will file the answer on the next hearing.
ECP stated that such a case has already been decided by the Election Commission.
