Principal Secretary to PM Dr. Tauqir Shah resigned
The Establishment Division issued a notification accepting the resignation of Dr. Tauqir Shah.
Islamabad: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar (Friday) accepted the resignation of Principal Secretary Dr. Syed Tauqir Shah.
According to details, Dr. Tauqir Shah has been exempted from the condition of one month's notice and he will leave the office of Principal Secretary on October 31.
The Establishment Division issued a notification accepting the resignation of Dr. Tauqir Shah.
Sources told that Dr. Tauqir has been recruited in World Bank as Executive Director and will leave next month.
It is pertinent to note that Tauqir Shah was the Grade-22 officer of Administrative Service and got retired from the post running year. After which the former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had appointed Dr. Tauqir Shah as Principal Secretary on one-year contract.
