The federal cabinet will also be informed about the results of ongoing operations against illegal economic activities.


Islamabad: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar called a federal cabinet meeting on Monday.
In the meeting, the economic and political situation of the country will be reviewed while the recommendations of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet will also be approved.
The decision of ECC regarding the reasonable increase in gas prices will also be confirmed in the meeting while the progress regarding the return of illegal Afghan immigrants will be reviewed.
The federal cabinet will also be informed about the results of ongoing operations against illegal economic activities.
A briefing will also be given regarding the agenda of negotiations with International Monetary Fund (IMF) officials in November, while the peace and order situation in the country will also be reviewed.
