Sheikhupura: More than 20 people have suffered injuries due to toxic gas leakage from a cylinder in Shaikhupura, district of Punjab.
According to the police, the incident of toxic gas spillage from the cylinder took place in Ferozwala village, where more than 20 people, including women and children, were injured.
The police said that soon after receiving the news of poisonous gas, rescue, police and aid teams arrived the spot and shifted all the people in semi-conscious state to District Headquarters Hospital, while two accused have been detained.
