The dollar gained Rs5.81 on the interbank market and Rs7 on the open market over the past ten days.


The interbank exchange rate increased by a significant Rs1.03 today, bringing the current cost for the US dollar to Rs282.50 on Wednesday.
According to a report from currency dealers, the US dollar's interbank rate increased by Rs. 1.03 on the third day of the business week, resulting in an exchange rate of Rs. 282.50.
The US dollar gained Rs1.17 at the end of the trading session and closed the day at Rs282.64.
In the open market, the dollar gained Re1 and settled at Rs284.
The US dollar's interbank rate increased by Rs1.19 overall over the previous week, continuing the last ten days' upward trend in the currency.
The dollar gained Rs5.81 on the interbank market and Rs7 on the open market over the past ten days.
As reported by currency brokers, the dollar is seeing yet another wave of price increases since demand is growing and limits are being loosened.
The value of the dollar in the interbank market increased by 52 Paisas the day before, according to data from State Bank.
In contrast, the price of the dollar on the open market increased by 50 Paisas, according to the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan (ECAP).
