Miscreants attack police check-post in Bannu

Bannu: Miscreants attacked the police check-post in Domel, however there was no casualty in the attack while the assailants escaped in retaliation by the police.

According to the details, the miscreants attacked the Spina Tangi check post located in Domel area of Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, but luckily the policemen were safe in the attack and there was no loss of life.

The police stated that the terrorists fired at the check post with modern weapons and also threw hand grenades, however, the attackers were forced to flee due to the retaliatory fire of the police.

As soon as the incident was reported, police and FC personnel also reached and undertook a search in the area.
