Police officials claimed that six robbers who broke into the house were killed in the retaliatory fire.


Lahore: The police of Lahore has claimed to have killed six robbers who broke into a house in Allama Iqbal Town, area of Lahore.
According to the police, the bandits entered the house of a man named Dr. Ibad located in Iqbal Town and took the family hostage.
It is stated by the police that a girl who was present at the roof of the house at that time immediately called the police helpline and reported the robbers’ presence in their house.
Police officials claimed that six robbers who broke into the house were killed in the retaliatory fire and when they entered, the robbers held the family hostage in the garage of the house.
According to the police, the family and the police were not harmed in the encounter with the robbers, while the bodies of the dead robbers have been shifted to the hospital for legal proceedings.
