Rawalpindi: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf has said that Babar Azam is the number one player and he is shining the name of the country as a player.
According to the details, PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf came to Rawalpindi Stadium where he met the team players and raised their spirits.
Chairman Zaka Ashraf also met Shan Masood, Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz and Sarfaraz Ahmed.
He expressed good wishes for the national team's tour of Australia and also expressed full confidence in the team management.
On this occasion, Zaka Ashraf appreciated the performance of Shaheen Afridi saying what Shaheen has done for the country can never be forgotten, ‘Our support is always with you, Shaheen you are an important part of the team’.
The chairman added that Babar Azam is the number one player and he is making the country famous as a player.
Zaka Ashraf also congratulated the former captain Sarfraz Ahmed. On this occasion the Pakistan team director Muhammad Hafeez said that Sarfraz played brilliantly in domestic cricket.
