Apart from this, the Met Department has also predicted smog and fog in Punjab in the morning.


Lahore: Today is the second day of smart lockdown in 10 districts of Punjab including Lahore to prevent smog.
According to the details, all private and public educational institutions are still closed today (Saturday) in Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Sahiwal and Sargodha divisions. While, markets in all cities will be operational at three o'clock and all businesses will remain closed on Sunday.
On the other hand, the meteorological department has predicted heavy rains in various cities of the country including Karachi.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain with strong winds and thunder is expected in Balochistan today, while there is a possibility of wind and rain in some districts of Sindh.
Weather in Karachi will remain cloudy, while rain will bring down the temperature.
