Islamabad High Court Justice Amer Farooq disposed of Shah Mehmood's petition as ineffective.


Islamabad: The petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice-chairman and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi to obtain the cypher rules and guidelines has been disposed of.
According to the details, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court (IHC) Aamer Farooq heard Shah Mehmood Qureshi's appeal for obtaining cypher rules and guidelines.
On this occasion, Shah Mehmood Qureshi's lawyer Barrister Taimur Malik appeared in the court and said that after the decision of the two-member bench, the proceedings in cypher case are being resumed.
Later Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amer Farooq disposed of Shah Mehmood's petition as ineffective.
