Following the recommendation of Islamabad Police, Shireen Mazari's name was included in the PCL list.


Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday issued an order to remove the name of former federal minister Shireen Mazari’s name from the Passport Control List (PCL).
According to the details, IHC Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri had reserved the decision on the petition to remove the name of former minister Shireen Mazari from the passport control list.
Declaring Shireen Mazari's name in the passport control list as unfair and illegal, the court said that Director General (DG) Immigration should remove her name from PCL and release a report within a week.
It is pertinent to note that following the recommendation of Islamabad Police, Shireen Mazari's name was included in the PCL list.
