Veteran actor Niar Qadri passes away in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi: Veteran actor Nisar Qadri, renowned for his remarkable contributions to radio, television, and stage. He peacefully departed on Monday at the age of 82.
The close family members, friends and colleagues will gather at the Eidgah Ground in Chaklala to offer funeral prayers for the departed soul.
Commencing his illustrious career with Radio Pakistan in 1966, Nisar Qadri captivated audiences with a journey that spanned decades. In 2016, his exceptional contributions were officially acknowledged with the prestigious Presidential Award for Excellence, a testament to his enduring influence on Pakistan's cultural and artistic heritage.
After bravely confronting illness for an extended period, Nisar Qadri leaves behind a grieving family, including his widow, two sons, and a daughter.
