PML-N leader Bilal Yasin submitted the nomination papers for party leader Nawaz Sharif from NA-130 National Assembly Constituency which has been approved.
Lahore: The nomination papers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif from NA-130 National Assembly Constituency have been approved.
According to the details, PML-N leader Bilal Yasin submitted the nomination papers for party leader Nawaz Sharif which has been approved.
Speaking to a private news channel, Bilal Yasin said that Nawaz Sharif's nomination papers were presented in the Returning Officer’s (RO) office where the he asked some questions and approved his nomination papers.
Bilal Yasin stated that Nawaz Sharif's lawyer Amjad Parvez also appeared in the RO's office along with him.
The leader of PML-N Bilal himself is contesting the election from the provincial seat PP-173 of this constituency, while National Assembly Constituency NA-130 is the native constituency of Nawaz Sharif and he has contested elections from here before also.
According to media reports, after the approval of nomination papers, Nawaz Sharif is now eligible to contest the election.
National Assembly Constituency NA-130 from Lahore includes the outer areas of interior Lahore i.e. Gawal Mandi and Ankar Kali which is a major constituency of the city.
