Arjun Kapoor isn’t ‘okay’ with dad marrying Sridevi
Bollywood actor, Arjun Kapoor got candid about his relationship with father, Boney Kapoor saying he isn’t okay with his father’s second marriage with late Sridevi.

The actor who is currently seen in his newly released Netflix film, Sardar Ka Grandson, revealed that he can’t dismiss whatever happened in his life after Boney Kapoor tied the knot with late actress Sridevi.
Boney was married to Mona Shourie, Arjun's mother when he began a relationship with Sridevi.
Talking in an interview, the actor opened up that he was very close to his mother and whatever happened to his family didn’t sit well in his life; however, he now understands why his father married Sridevi.
"My mother's upbringing came in my head. She would've told me to be by my father's side regardless of what obstacles we face, because of a choice he made where he fell in love. And I respect my father for falling in love again. Because love is complex. And we would be silly and churlish sitting here in 2021 saying that you only fall in love once. It's very Bollywood-ized. Love is complex, love is complicated, love isn't always about being in love,” the Sardar Ka Grandson actor added in an interview.
Arjun also credited his mom's upbringing for him being able to stand strong along his father's side when he and his step-sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, lost Sridevi.
Boney Kapoor has two daughters namely Jhanvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor from Sridevi.
The 35-years-old actor has recently applauded by his Pakistani fans for him thanking the country’s step to offer Oxygen amid the COVID19 pandemic horrific spread in India.
“You should not forget that in the time of need there was a helping hand and that should be respected in the bigger picture,” he said in an interview.
