Karachi: The former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif surrendered from National Assembly seat NA-242 in Karachi.
According to the details, Shehbaz withdrew the nomination papers because of not having the favor of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). N-League leader Rana Mashhood said that no candidate would contest in elections on more than two seats.
Mashhood further said: “We are unified on that note that Shehbaz would not contest from NA-242”.
