One cop killed, two injured in Peshawar terrorist attack

Peshawar: One policeman was martyred and two sustained the injuries in two terrorist attacks that took place in different areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the details, one of the two police officers who were injured in the firing by terrorists in Regi area of Peshawar, died in the Reading Hospital.

The funeral prayer of the martyr was performed in Malik Shaheed police line in which Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) operation and other police officers participated.

On the other hand, a police officer was injured in an attack by terrorists in Ghazni police station area of Lakki Marwat last night. The assailants escaped on the retaliatory action of the police. They attacked with rocket launchers and other heavy weapons.
