Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) annulled the decision to reject bail in seven cases of the former prime minister and the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan.
LHC has declared in a written judgment that Imran Khan could not appear in the trial court amid to his arrest.
The court said that the trial court did not properly assess to the facts, therefore the decision to exclude the bails of the founder PTI is declared null and void.
It should be noted that the trial court will decide on the bail applications ahead on February 6, 2024 through video link.
