According to the details, a three-member bench led by Justice Alia Neelam will hold the hearing on January 29.


Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Saturday fixed the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to stop Imran Khan’s jail trial in contempt of Election commission of Pakistan (ECP) case.
According to the details, a three-member bench led by Justice Alia Neelam will hold the hearing on January 29. The court has instructed the petitioner's counsel to submit more documents.
Meanwhile, LHC has annulled the decision to reject bail in seven cases of founder PTI.
The High Court has declared in a written judgment that the former Prime Minister could not appear in the trial court amid to his arrest.
The trial court did not properly assess the facts and therefore the decision to exclude the sureties of founder PTI is declared null and void, added LHC in its verdict.
