CTD Punjab arrest 11 terrorist in operations
The spokesman told that explosive materials, suicide vest, IED bomb and two detonators were recovered from the terrorists.
Lahore: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested 11 terrorists while conducting operations in various cities of Punjab including Lahore.
According to CTD spokesman, the main commander of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) trained from Afghanistan was arrested from Bahawalpur.
The spokesman told that explosive materials, suicide vest, IED bomb and two detonators were recovered from the terrorists.
He added that the terrorists were planning to attack various institutions.
According to the spokesman, the operation was carried out in Lahore, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Jhang, Narowal and Jhelum.
