Islamabad: The former prime minister and the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has decided to challenge the proceedings of the cipher case in Islamabad High Court (IHC) today (Tuesday).
According to the details, PTI’s Chairman Barrister Gohar said that he will challenge the proceedings in IHC and request the Chief Justice for an early hearing.
It should be noted that the cipher case is heard in Rawalpindi Adiala Jail.
However, there is a possibility that the proceedings of the Toshakhana National Accountability Bureau case will also be challenged in High Court.
