The PPP chairman says the initial outcomes of the elections provide some encouragement for his party, the performance of PPP candidates and supported independent contenders seems promising.

Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday expressed reservations regarding the ongoing election results, citing a sluggish progression.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari remarked that while the initial outcomes of the elections provide some encouragement for the Pakistan Peoples Party, the performance of PPP candidates and supported independent contenders seems promising. However, he emphasized the importance of waiting for the final results to emerge.
Results are incredibly slow coming in. However, initial results are very encouraging ! PPP candidates and independents whom we have supported/ engaged with seem to be doing well! Let’s see what the final tally is in the end… ✌️

It's worth noting that the process of tabulating votes and awaiting official results is underway across the nation following the conclusion of polling activities.
The polling process for the general elections spanned from 8 AM to 5 PM, witnessing millions of citizens exercising their democratic right to vote.
Moreover, mobile phone and internet services remain suspended in the country, posing challenges for both candidates and voters alike.
