The petitioners had challenged the move to issue Form-47 in the general elections.

Lahore: The hearing on the applications filed against the success of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior vice-president and chief organizer Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shehbaz and others in the election will be held today in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to the details, Justice Ali Baqir Najafi of LHC will hear the petitions of Rehana Dar and others.
The petitioners had challenged the move to issue Form-47 in the general elections. They had taken the stand that the Returning Officers issued Form-47 contrary to law.
In the petitions, it was appealed that the court order the release of results as per Form-45. The court should order to stop the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) from releasing the final result and also ordere a recount and annulment of the result released as per Form-47.
