Plea to reject Mustafa Kamal’s victory in SHC

Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) backed Independent candidate Dawa Khan Sabir has challenged Mustafa Kamal’s victory in NA-242 the constituency of Karachi in Sindh High Court (SHC).

According to the details, Dawa’s lawyer Jibran Nasir stated that according to the results of Form-45 Dawa has won 53,00,0 votes but the Returning officer (RO) has changed the results in Form-47 and give the victory to Mustafa Kamal.

Moreover, Dawa’s plea has asked to SHC to reject the victory of Mustafa Kamal in NA-242.
