Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has heard the federal government intra court appeal against retired judges’ case.
According to the details, a larger bench consisted of five members of which Justice Amin-u-din Khan has chaired the hearing on federal govt’s plea.
The court has decided to appoint an assistant who will the cooperate in this case. Moreover, the SC has delayed the hearing till February 19.
Therefore, the SC has also asked the names of the assistants of court the legal questions from Attorney General today (Monday).
