Under this program, those who get a visa to Japan will also be able to bring their spouse and children there.

Tokyo: Japan is planning to introduce a six-month digital nomad visa program. Therefore, if you are working from home for a company, and would like to relocate to another country, Japan is ready to welcome you.
Keep in mind that the term ‘digital nomad’ is used for people who work from home or elsewhere while staying away from the office.
Japan's Immigration Services Agency has announced that the Digital Nomad Visa Program will be launched at the end of March 2024.
Under this program, those wishing to obtain a Japanese resident visa must have an annual income of at least $67,557.
This visa will be for people belonging from 49 countries and territories. However, the details of these countries or regions have not been revealed yet.
Along with income, private health insurance will also be required for those who wish to move to Japan.
Under this program, those who get a visa to Japan will also be able to bring their spouse and children there.
According to Japanese media, holders of digital nomad visas will not be issued permanent residence cards while their stay period will not be immediately extended.
These persons will have to return to their country every six months after which they will be offered a visa again.
It may be noted that Japan announced to introduce a digital nomad visa program in 2023, the details of which have now been released.
