Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has barred the result of NA-71 and asked the report from Returning officer (RO) to present it till February 14.
According to the details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) backed candidate Rehana Dar’s plea has heard in ECP on NA-71.
Rehana’s lawyer stated that Rehana has won the election by 50,000 votes according to the result of form-45. The form-47 which RO has made in that form Rehana lost by 47,000 votes.
Rehana’s lawyer said that ECP has upload another form-47 half an hour ago. Member Election Commission asked from Rehana’s lawyer is your request still the same now? New form-47 does not effect on your plea.
He further said that there is no effect on uploading the new Form-47 on our plea.
