According to the details, Chief Justice Amir Farooq has heard the plea in IHC.

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notice to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on a plea regarding to cancel the notification of Awn Chaudhry’s victory in NA-128 the constituency of national assembly.
According to the details, Chief Justice Amir Farooq has heard the plea in IHC.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) backed independent candidate Salman Akram Raja has filed a request to dismiss the notification of Awn’s victory in NA-128 in IHC.
Therefore, IHC has sought reply from ECP on Salman’s plea by February 15.
