Ghotki: During the general elections 2024, re-polling is taking place today (Thursday) at some of the polling stations of Ghotki, Kohat and Khushab.
According to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the polling process delayed due to various reasons will continue today without a break from 8:00am to 5:00pm and voters will be able to cast their votes.
It is pertinent to note that there were incidents of unrest in 26 polling stations of NA-88 Khushab, eight polling stations of PK-90 Kohat and two polling stations of PS-18 Ghotki.
After the incidents of insecurity, the polling process was postponed by the Election Commission at the mentioned polling stations.
