Election Commission issues arrest warrant of Gandapur
It is stated in the letter that Ali should be presented in front of Azad Kashmir’s Election Commission by February 28.
Azad Kashmir: Election Commission of Azad Kashmir has issued arrest warrant of the nominated chief minister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) candidate Ali Amin Gandapur.
According to the details, there was a case against Ali Amin Gandapur of violating code of conduct in Azad Kashmir’s elections.
Moreover, a letter has been sent to Deputy Commissioner of Dera Ismael Khan regarding the arrest of Ali Amin Gandapur.
It is stated in the letter that Ali should be presented in front of Azad Kashmir’s Election Commission by February 28.
It should be noted that this request was filed by Raja Zulqarnain against PTI’s candidate in the elections of 2021.
