Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to sit in the opposition in the Federation and Punjab.
The leaders of PTA and Qaumi Watan Party met in Islamabad after which PTI leader Barrister Saif said in a media interview that he met the leaders of Qaumi Watan Party following the instructions of founder PTI Imran Khan. May there be harmony and understanding in country.
He stated that Form-45 is the proof that their candidate wins but the results have been forged in Form-47. Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman and Jamaat-e-Islami have also announced a protest.
‘We are contacting the political parties on the instructions of founder PTI, following which we have decided to sit in the opposition at the center and in Punjab,’ added Saif.
It is pertinent to note that 92 independent candidates supported by PTI have been successful in the general elections.
On the other hand, in the center, Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), Pakistan Peopels Party (PPP), Mutahidda Qoumi Movement (MQM) and others have announced to form the government together.
