Islamabad: Former prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has filed a plea against the punishment in Toshakhana reference case.
According to the details, Bushra filed her plea through Barrister Salman Safdar in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Imran’s wife requested from IHC in her plea to reject the order of accountability courts which has been made on January 31.
In her appeal, the state and National Accountability Bureau are also included as sponsors.
It should be noted that accountability courts heard the verdict of Toshakhana case in which Bushra Bibi was sentenced to jail for 14 years and fined 787Rs million.
