The NA-154 candidate Abdul Rahman Kanju of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had requested a recount.


Lodhran: The recounting of votes in Lodhran Constituency NA-154 will be held today (Monday).
According to the Returning Officer (RO), the recounting of votes will take place at 11:00am at the Sports Complex which will take two days to complete the process.
The NA-154 candidate Abdul Rahman Kanju of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had requested a recount.
After which the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) yesterday ordered a recount in NA-154 from where Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed independent candidate Rana Faraz had won the election on February 8.
Rana Faraz got 134,937 votes while Muslim League-N's Abdul Rehman Kanju was second with 128,438 votes.
