Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has withdrawn its plea for reserved seats from the Peshawar High Court (PHC).
According to the details, a hearing was held in PHC on the petition filed by PTI’s lawyer Muhammad Inam Yousafzai for specific seats.
Lawyer petitioner Muhammad Inam Yousafzai pleaded to the court that PTI wants to withdraw this petition because the petition is pending in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
In this regard, the Election Commission has not taken any decision so far so withdraw this petition.
On the petitioner's withdrawal, the court disposed of the petition.
