It should be noted that the Election Commission has issued the schedule for the presidential elections to be held on March 9.


Islamabad: The Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) has arrived Islamabad High Court (IHC) to submit the nomination papers of Pashtunkhuwa Mili Awami Party’s leader Mehmood Khan Achakzai.
According to the details, the nomination papers of Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) president Asif Ali Zardari for the presidential elections have been received.
The Election Commission’s spokesperson stated that the nomination papers can be submitted on March 2 before 12pm, the scrutiny of the nomination papers will be done by the Returning officer (RO) on March 4 at 10 am.
It should be noted that the Election Commission has issued the schedule for the presidential elections to be held on March 9.
