SIC decides to approach PHC regarding reserve seats today
It should be noted that SIC deprived from their reserve seats mostly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s areas.
Islamabad: Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) has decided to approach Peshawar High Court (PHC) regarding the matter of not getting their reserve seats from Election commission.
According to the details, SIC will approach PHC today (Wednesday) in which the party will pleaded to the court to cancel the verdict of election commission regarding reserve seats. The legal team will arrive at PHC with Barrister Ali Zafar.
Barrister Ali Zafar has prepared a plea for that case in which it will be requested to hear the plea of this case today. Senior Lawyer Qazi Muhammad Anwar will also be a part of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) lawyers’ team.
It should be noted that SIC deprived from their reserve seats mostly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s areas.
