Islamabad: Senate Council has submitted five cases’ reports in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against senator Azam Khan Swati.
According to the details, justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the plea. From the applicant’s side Ali Bukhari advocate appeared in the court.
It is stated in the report which has been submitted by the senate council that the two cases filed in federal police and the three cases are filed in Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against Azam Khan Swati.
The three cases which are filed in FIA against Azam Swati are related to cyber-crime. The bail is granted in two cases of FIA to Azam Swati whereas in one case his bail plea is rejected.
On this lawyer’s applicant pleaded to provide all the details regarding National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) cases.
However, the court issued a notice to NAB and asked for all the cases’ details against Swati. Later the court postponed the hearing by March 13.
