Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered administration’s senior officer to visit Imran Khan’s house regarding the plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi against Bani Gala as sub-jail.

During the hearing, the chief commissioner office has submitted the report to court.
Court questioned that who’s house is that and is this all going on with the permission of the owner’s house.
Official lawyer Malik Abd-ur-Rehman said that he does not know anything about the permission of the owner.
Justice Mian Gil stated that it is declared in the law that the notification will be issued with the permission of the owner’s house.
Bushra’s lawyer Usman said that this house is of Imran Khan and without his permission it is ranked as sub-jail.
The court asked that is there any rules regarding anyone’s house ranked as sub-jail. On which the official lawyer replied that the administration jail has submitted a report that the applicant is former prime minister’s wife that is why she could not be in jail amid security reasons.
Chief Commission has issued a notification on the military law section 45 on the plea of Adiala jail’s administration.
Bushra’s lawyer said that any imprisoned person replacement is the jurisdiction of Inspector general jail. Bushra Bibi surrendered herself before Adiala jail.
Justice Aurangzeb inquired that the applicant can move into the house from one place to another. On which lawyer responded that Bushra has been allotted only one room and she cannot come out of that room.
Bushra’s lawyer pleaded to the court to make a commission on that case and sent that commission to Bushra Bibi’s house to check the condition of house because Bushra cannot meet with her family.
Later, court asked that when was the notification of imprisonment issued. Bushra’s lawyer answered that the punishment was declared on January 31 and on the same day the notification released.
Court asked to submit a report on the details of the meetings of Bushra Bibi’s family with her in Bani Gala and adjourned the case till next hearing.
