Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore Friday adjourned the hearing till March 9 for non-submission of records on the bail petition of journalist Imran Riaz Khan after his arrest in the case of torture and throwing petrol bombs at the police in Zaman Park and inciting the public.
According to the details, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Arshad Javed Chadhar heard the application.
The prosecution did not present the case record. The accused's lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq said that the prosecution wants to keep the journalist in jail for a maximum period.
