Lahore: The Lahore High Court’s (LHC) justice Syed Shehbaz Ali Rizvi has excused to hear the plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi.
According to the details, justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal heard the plea of former chief minister Punjab Pervaiz Elahi. In his plea the inspector general (IG) Punjab Usman Anwar and others are sponsored.
The applicant pleaded that the cases have been filed on political bases and the concerned institutions are not providing the details of the cases.
Pervaiz Elahi asked that the court ordered to the concerned institutions to provide the details of the cases.
However, Syed Shehbaz Ali excused to hear the plea of PTI’s leader and sent the file to chief justice.
