Accusers’ lawyer appealed that the court issued a notice to government to ask for the complete record.


Islamabad: The Supreme court (SC) has issued notice to Punjab government on bail plea of six accusers of May 9.
According to the details, justice Jamal Mandokhail and justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi heard the case.
Justice Jamal questioned that what damage did the accusers cause to the property and have you received any weapons from accusers.
He asked that which sections are imposed on accusers.
Accusers’ lawyer stated that all the sections of penalties in Pakistan have been imposed on the accusers. The accusers do not belong to any political parties’ position and a common shop keeper.
Justice Hassan inquired that did you recognize the accusers with the help of cctv footage and have you received mobile phones from them.
