Peshawar: The district and session court of Peshawar has given the verdict in favor Awami National party’s (ANP) leader Asfandyar Wali in the case of damages of Rs150mn.
Court ordered former minister of health Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shaukat Yusufzai to pay Rs150mn to Asfandyar Wali.
According to the details, additional session judge Ejaz-ur-Rehman issued the verdict.
It is stated in the verdict that Shaukat Yousafzai did not appear in despite the summon by the court. That is why the one-sided action has been taken against him.
Shaukat Yousafzai had put an allegation on Asfandyar Wali to sell the Pashtuns in $2.5 crore.
However, Asfandyar Wali had filed a case on this allegation against damages on Shaukat Yousafzai in 2019.
