Appeals to file today on papers’ rejection for senate elections

Islamabad: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) stated that appeals can be filed today (Thursday) against the rejection or approval of the nomination papers for senate elections.

According to the details, nomination papers have been approved of 30 candidates yesterday (Wednesday).

The verdict will be pronounced on March 25 on appeals which will be filed today. The list of candidates will be issued on March 26.

However, the candidates can take back the papers on March 27 while the polling for senate elections will be conducted on April 2.
